Processing

We confirm the personalization details and ship within 48 hours. Personalized products cannot be changed after production begins. If your item arrives with a quality issue, please contact us so we can help.

On Orders of US$69 or More

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
