Welcome to OOAKB.

OOAKB is an online brand operated by HOPQUEST PTE. LTD., a private limited company registered in Singapore.

In these Terms of Service, the terms “OOAKB,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HOPQUEST PTE. LTD., the operator of the OOAKB online store and website.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website, govern your access to and use of our website, products, features, content, customer support, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services or placing an order. By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the applicable laws of your country or region.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account Information

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or that you are using the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may be required to provide information including your:

Billing information
Payment information
Shipping address
Telephone number
Personalization details

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and lawfully provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

Section 2 — Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, personalization options, images, prices, and availability accurately.

Colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on:

Screen settings
Lighting conditions
Photography
Device display
Material characteristics
Handmade production processes

Many OOAKB products are handmade, personalized, or made to order. Minor variations in texture, shape, color, glaze, grain, gemstone pattern, engraving placement, or handcrafted finish may occur.

These natural variations are not considered defects provided that the product materially conforms to:

The product description
The confirmed order
The personalization information submitted by the customer
The product’s intended function and overall design

We may update product information, discontinue products, or limit available quantities. Changes will not retroactively alter an order that has already been accepted, except where necessary to correct an error or where agreed with the customer.

Section 3 — Customer-Provided Content and Personalization

Certain products allow customers to submit names, dates, photographs, text, measurements, sizes, designs, or other content for personalization.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it
The content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
The content is not unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited
The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code
You have permission from identifiable individuals shown in submitted photographs

You grant HOPQUEST PTE. LTD. and its production, fulfillment, technology, and service partners a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, resize, adapt, transmit, and use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to:

Review the order
Create the personalized product
Fulfill and deliver the order
Provide customer support
Resolve order-related issues
Comply with legal obligations

Customer photographs and personalization content will not be used publicly for advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission.

We may refuse or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person. If an order is canceled for this reason before production, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Section 4 — Orders and Order Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

After an order is placed, you will normally receive an order confirmation email. The confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not prevent us from reviewing the order for:

Payment authorization
Product availability
Personalization requirements
Pricing or listing errors
Fraud or security concerns
Shipping restrictions
Legal or regulatory requirements
Our ability to manufacture and fulfill the order

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Payment cannot be authorized
Information provided is incomplete or inaccurate
A product is unavailable
A material pricing or listing error has occurred
The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
The personalization content violates these Terms
We cannot legally or reasonably deliver the product

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Products purchased from OOAKB are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.

Section 5 — Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many OOAKB products are personalized or made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted:

Within 24 hours after purchase
Before production begins

The earlier of these two events determines whether the order remains eligible for modification or cancellation.

To submit a request, email support@ooakb.com and provide:

Order number
Customer name
Email address used during checkout
Requested change or cancellation

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production has begun.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after shipment.

If an eligible cancellation is approved before production begins, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Section 6 — Prices, Payment, and Billing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page or during checkout.

The price charged will be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of clear and material errors.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not normally affect orders already accepted.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, and estimated delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not currently collected by OOAKB during checkout.

Customers should contact the relevant local customs or tax authority for information regarding possible import charges.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, suspected of fraud, or otherwise not successfully completed, we may suspend or cancel the related order.

Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery

Order processing times, supported destinations, shipping costs, transit estimates, tracking information, customs responsibilities, address requirements, and delayed or lost shipment procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Many OOAKB products are produced and fulfilled by selected production and fulfillment partners located in China. Depending on the product and destination, an order may be shipped directly from a production or fulfillment facility in China to the customer.

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

Customs inspections
Local carrier delays
Severe weather
Public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Events outside our reasonable control

If an order is confirmed lost, damaged before delivery, incorrectly delivered due to an error by OOAKB or the carrier, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms transfers shipping risk to the customer where such a transfer would conflict with applicable mandatory consumer law.

Section 8 — Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Eligible non-personalized products may generally be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Personalized, engraved, customized, and made-to-order products are considered Final Sale and are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Final Sale restrictions do not apply where a product:

Arrives damaged
Is defective
Is incorrectly supplied
Is incorrectly personalized because of an OOAKB error
Materially differs from its description
Is confirmed lost in transit

OOAKB does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Customers must obtain return authorization and the correct return address before sending a product.

The registered business address in Singapore is not the default product return address.

Section 9 — Promotions and Discount Codes

We may offer discounts, promotional codes, special offers, gifts, or limited-time promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be combined
Promotions have no cash value
Discount codes must be entered during checkout
Expired offers cannot be applied retroactively
Promotions may be limited by product, customer, country, order value, or availability

Additional conditions shown with a particular promotion will form part of that promotion.

If the terms of a specific promotion conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by a material technical, pricing, or publishing error. If an affected order has already been placed, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate correction or refund.

Section 10 — Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, product artwork, videos, page layouts, designs, software elements, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to HOPQUEST PTE. LTD. and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

OOAKB is the brand name used by HOPQUEST PTE. LTD. for this online store.

Nothing in these Terms states or implies that OOAKB is a registered trademark unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not:

Copy or reproduce website content
Modify or create derivative works
Publish or distribute content
Download or store substantial portions of the website
Use product images for commercial purposes
Scrape or systematically collect website data
Remove copyright or ownership notices
Use OOAKB branding in a misleading manner

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Shopify’s names, logos, product names, and trademarks remain the property of Shopify or its licensors.

Section 11 — Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include tools, applications, payment providers, logistics services, embedded features, or links operated by third parties.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and privacy practices.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their independent content, security, availability, or practices.

This does not limit our responsibility for the products sold directly by OOAKB or any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions concerning a third party’s independent products or services should be directed to that provider.

Section 12 — Relationship with Shopify

OOAKB is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.

However, all product sales and purchases made through the OOAKB store are transactions directly between the customer and HOPQUEST PTE. LTD.

Shopify is not the seller of OOAKB products and is not responsible for manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, product quality, returns, refunds, or customer support relating to an OOAKB order.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that Shopify may independently have under its own terms or applicable law.

Section 13 — Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain personal information as described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with production, fulfillment, payment, logistics, customer support, fraud-prevention, analytics, and technology service providers where reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information regarding the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal information.

Section 14 — Reviews and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit a public review, rating, suggestion, comment, or other feedback, you confirm that:

The content reflects your genuine experience
You have the right to submit it
It does not infringe another person’s rights
It is not fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading
Any incentive received for the review has been disclosed where required

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, format, and use publicly submitted feedback for operating and promoting the Services.

This license does not apply to private photographs, names, dates, or other content uploaded solely for product personalization unless you separately authorize promotional use.

We may moderate or remove feedback that violates these Terms or applicable law, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.

Section 15 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
To infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
To submit false or misleading information
To impersonate another person or entity
To harass, threaten, defame, or abuse another person
To upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
To interfere with website security or functionality
To conduct unauthorized scraping, crawling, phishing, or automated data collection
To send spam or unsolicited promotional communications
To attempt unauthorized access to an account or system
To use the Services in a manner that may harm OOAKB, Shopify, our service providers, or other users

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated.

Section 16 — Errors and Corrections

Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions relating to:

Product descriptions
Prices
Promotions
Availability
Shipping charges
Processing or transit estimates
Product options

We may correct such information when identified.

If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include:

Confirming the order using corrected information
Changing the affected product with the customer’s agreement
Canceling the affected item or order
Issuing a full refund for the affected item

We will not use this section to remove rights relating to an order that has already been lawfully accepted.

Section 17 — Website Availability and Liability

We aim to maintain accurate, secure, and reliable Services, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HOPQUEST PTE. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Gross negligence or willful misconduct
Death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded
Defective or unsafe products where liability cannot legally be excluded
Any mandatory consumer right or statutory remedy
Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude

Products remain subject to the descriptions, remedies, warranties, and consumer protections stated in our policies and required by applicable law.

Section 18 — Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or part of the Services where reasonably necessary because of:

A material violation of these Terms
Fraud or suspected unauthorized activity
Security risks
Unlawful use
Abuse of our employees, systems, or customers
Legal or regulatory requirements

Termination does not affect rights or obligations relating to orders already completed or amounts already due.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, governing law, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.

Section 19 — Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Section 20 — Entire Agreement and Assignment

These Terms and the policies referenced herein constitute the agreement between you and HOPQUEST PTE. LTD. regarding your use of the Services and purchases from OOAKB.

They replace prior communications concerning the same subject, except for terms confirmed in an accepted order or specific promotion.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful business reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the OOAKB business, provided that doing so does not reduce mandatory customer rights.

Section 21 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Subject to applicable mandatory consumer law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Nothing in this section deprives a customer of:

Mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country or region
A right to bring a claim in a local court where applicable law grants that right
Any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract

Before commencing formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Section 22 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

Changes to our Services
Changes to our business practices
Changes to applicable laws
Security or operational requirements
Corrections or clarifications

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes will apply prospectively from their stated effective date and will not retroactively reduce the rights applicable to orders already placed.

Continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
