How to accurately measure ring size at home?

You can measure ring size at home in three ways:

1. Measure the inner diameter of a well-fitted ring and match it to the US size chart;

2. Wrap a string snugly around the base of your finger, mark the overlap, measure the length and refer to the size chart;

3. Use a thin paper strip instead of string, following the same principle. Measure at room temperature, avoid measuring after exercise, and account for knuckle size to ensure the ring can slide over.

What necklace length options are there and whichscenarios are they suitable for?

Necklace lengths and suitable scenarios:

1. 35.56-40.64cm (14-16 inches, choker-style), for open-neck tops to create a stylish look;

2. 45.72cm (18 inches, on collarbone), versatile for daily wear;

3. 50.80-60.96cm (20-24 inches, slightly below collarbone), suitable for business, casual wear and layering;

4. 71.12-91.44cm (28-36 inches, on the bust), for high necklines and evening wear;

5. Over 91.44cm (over 36 inches, below the bust), wrappable for formal occasions.

How to determine bracelet length after measuring wristsize?

Wrap a soft tape measure around the wrist where you normally wear a bracelet (snug enough to fit one finger), then add a comfort allowance:

27-2.54cm (0.5-1 inch) for a relaxed fit, 0.64-1.27cm (0.25-0.5 inch) for a tighter fit. Select the closest size to the adjusted measurement. Use string or paper if no tape measure is available.

Do you provide printable sizing tools?

We do not provide printable ring sizers; you may source such tools independently online if needed.

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping fee required? Which regions are covered?

We offer free shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase requirement, covering global regions and focusing on serving the European and American markets

How long does it take to ship an order and what is thedelivery time?

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation and inventory verification. Shipping time may be delayed by 1-2 business days for holidays, promotions or customized products. Delivery time: 7-10 calendar days for European & American markets, 10-15 calendar days for other regions, excluding order processing and customs clearance time. Delays may occur due to force majeure.

How to track logistics status?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a logistics tracking number and query link to track the shipping status in real time. We recommend adding our official email to your contacts to avoid it being classified as spam.

Can I change the shipping address after the order isshipped?

No. To change the shipping address, please contact us via email or online customer service before the order is shipped. The address cannot be modified once the product is dispatched.

Return & Exchange

Is shipping fee required? Which regions are covered?

You may apply for a return within 15 calendar days and an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of signing for the product; applications exceeding the timeframe will not be accepted. The timeframe is based on logistics signature records and does not extend on holidays.

Is a fee charged for returns due to non-qualityissues?

Yes. For non-quality returns, 30% of the order amount will be deducted to cover labor costs, operational losses and other expenses. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and the incurred shipping fee will not be refunded.

Can personalized customized products (engraved,exclusive design) be returned or exchanged?

Except for quality issues, returns of personalized customized products (engraved, exclusive design) are not allowed in principle, only exchanges are supported with a 50% fee of the order amount (covering customization losses, labor and material costs). For quality issues, repair, replacement or free exchange services are provided. If a return is specially approved, 30% of the order amount will be deducted as a non-quality fee, with no additional loss fees.

Which products are not eligible for return orexchange?

The following products (except for quality issues) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: 1. Worn, used or damaged products that cannot be restored to new condition; 2. Custom-designed products (exchanges only for non-quality issues); 3. Products repaired, modified or resized by a third party; 4. Products with missing or damaged original packaging/tags; 5. Products that have already been exchanged.

How are quality issues defined?

Quality issues include: 1. Major defects in metal materials and craftsmanship (broken prongs, cracked rings, loose/missing gemstones); 2. Significant differences between the actual product and order description/images (inconsistent material, gem grade, style); 3. Factory defects (obvious scratches, deformation, plating peeling, not caused by transportation). Personal preference, normal wear, human damage, and minor inclusions in natural gemstones are not quality issues.

Who bears the shipping cost for returns and exchanges?

For non-quality returns/exchanges, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. For quality issues, the return shipping cost is borne by us upon presentation of valid documents (limited to standard shipping fees, excluding value-added fees). The re-shipping cost for exchanges is borne by us for quality issues and by the customer for non-quality issues.

Other Services

Is shipping fee required? Which regions are covered?

We provide a 1-year free warranty from the date of signature, covering only quality issues (e.g., loose gemstones, craftsmanship defects). Repairs for non-quality issues incur fees; contact customer service for specific quotes.

How to contact customer service and what are the servicehours?

You can contact us via official email or online customer service. The customer service is available from 9:00 to 18:00 on working days, and will reply to inquiries within 2 business days.

Can I cancel an order after payment?

You may cancel an order after payment but before shipment for a full refund. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled; follow the return & exchange policy after receiving the product.
