How to Personalize

In the Personalization Details box on this page, enter the city and country, plus any address or meaningful location you would like marked.
Add the item to your cart after reviewing the details.

If a precise location matters, include the complete address or recognizable landmark. We will send a digital map preview before production.

Sizes and Frame Finishes

Sizes: 20 × 20 cm, 30 × 30 cm, 50 × 50 cm, 60 × 60 cm, or 70 × 70 cm
Frame finishes: Matte Black, Natural Wood, Walnut, or Brushed Gold
Materials: Aluminum-alloy frame, three-layer laser-cut wood, and acrylic cover
Technique: Layered 3D construction with printed map details

Proof and Processing

A digital preview is sent within 24 hours for approval.
Production begins after approval.
The finished item is completed and packed within 48 hours of approval.

Please review the city, marked location, spelling, size, finish, and preview carefully. Personalized products cannot be changed after production begins.

On Orders of US$69 or More

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
