We send a digital layout proof within 24 hours for your approval
Production begins after confirmation — shipped within 48 hours

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after the layout is approved and production begins, unless there is a quality issue
For best results, we recommend 80–180 words. Longer text may be adjusted to fit the layout

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
