How to Personalize

Select your frame style.
Enter the following in the Personalization Details box on this page: names, anniversary date, message type, your text, and an optional title.
Review the details, then add the item to your cart.

Message type: Wedding Vows, Love Letter, or Anniversary Template. For the clearest layout, we recommend 80–180 words. Longer text may need layout adjustments.

Example title: “Our Wedding Vows,” “To My Wife,” or “Happy 5th Anniversary.”

Proof and Processing

We send a digital layout proof within 24 hours for approval.
Production begins after approval and the finished item ships within 48 hours.

Please check names, dates, and wording carefully. Personalized products cannot be changed after production begins.

On Orders of US$69 or More

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
