11–15 letters: $74 when available
16–20 letters: $79 when available

If a longer option is shown as sold out, it cannot be ordered until that option is restocked. The rose design and script style are fixed; personalization applies to the embroidered text only.

Made to Order

Each piece is embroidered after the personalization is received. Personalized products cannot be changed after production begins, so please review the submitted text carefully.

Orders are normally processed within 5 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Most eligible orders arrive approximately 10–13 business days after payment.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
