Each bracelet is handmade to order. Slight variations in wire form, letter spacing, and pearl character are a natural part of the handmade and natural pearl process — not a flaw. They are what make each piece genuinely its own.

Care Instructions

Keep away from water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals to protect the gold-tone finish and natural pearl luster. Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Store separately in the gift box or a soft pouch when not wearing. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. Handle the wire name charm with care — do not bend or pull the letter form.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
