Method 1 (Tape Measure): Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Keep it snug, not tight. This is your wrist size.
Method 2 (DIY): Wrap a strip of paper or string around your wrist just above the wrist bone. Mark where it overlaps. Measure the length with a ruler.
