Step 3 — Enter Your Details In the order notes, provide: names to be inscribed, your special date, any occasion text (e.g. "Happy Anniversary" or "Happy Wedding"), and whether you would like the optional calendar design.
Step 4 — Our Artists Hand Paint Your Portrait Skilled artisans illustrate your portrait by hand, letter your names and date, and apply the artisan glaze finish before careful inspection.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error.
