Orders are normally processed within 5 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Most eligible orders arrive approximately 10–13 business days after payment.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error.
