How to Personalize

Select your melody.
In the Personalization Details box on this page, enter Name 1, Name 2, the Anniversary Date, and an optional base message of 1–3 short lines.
Add the item to your cart and complete checkout.
After ordering, email your clear couple photograph and order number to support@ooakb.com, or send them through the store messaging app.

This design is for two people. A clear, well-lit half-body or full-body photograph gives the artist the best reference. Base engraving supports text in English or Chinese; symbols and images cannot be engraved on the base.

Proof and Processing

A digital portrait preview is sent within 24 hours for approval.
Production begins after approval.
The finished music box ships within 48 hours of approval.

Please review names, dates, wording, and the portrait proof carefully. Personalized products cannot be changed after production begins.

On Orders of US$69 or More

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
