Care Instructions

Each piece is individually hand-embroidered on natural linen fabric. Because every stitch is placed by hand, slight variations in thread tension, letter spacing, and fabric texture are natural and expected. These are not flaws — they are the evidence of the hands that made it, and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
