Each frame is made individually by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for production after your design is approved. Rush options may be available — please contact us before ordering if you have a specific date in mind.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error.
