Care Instructions

Each clock is individually made to order. The soft ivory plush fabric is wrapped by hand, the numbers are embroidered one by one, and the quartz movement is fitted with care. Because every piece is handmade, slight fabric folds, stitching tension, or natural asymmetry may occur — these are part of the artisanal character, not defects. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Orders are normally processed within 5 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Most eligible orders arrive approximately 10–13 business days after payment.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
