This product includes two customizations — crystal photo and base text:

Crystal Photo: Upload your photo at checkout. Clear, well-lit photos with good contrast give the best engraving result. Couple portraits and wedding photos work beautifully.
Wood Base Text: Names, anniversary date, or a short message. Short messages work best — we recommend 1–2 lines for the clearest result. Text only — no symbols or images.

On Orders of US$69 or More

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Personalized and made-to-order items are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, is materially misdescribed, or is incorrectly personalized due to an OOAKB error. In these cases, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
